IT Farm recognised for Excellent in Customer Service
Manchester Science Parks-based IT Farm has won the British Chamber of Commerce’s North West Award in Customer Service Excellence.

IT Farm is an IT Support company which provides managed IT services to small and medium sized companies using cloud technology. Customer service lies at the core of IT Farm’s success and even with 100 per cent growth in clients during 2010, IT Farm continues to respond to 99 per cent of all support calls within five minutes.
Danny Walker, Operations Director at IT Farm, said of the win, “We are delighted to receive the Chamber of Commerce award, as it reflects our team’s dedication to improving our service levels and the effectiveness of our cloud technology.”
“We dedicate a large part of this award to our customers for their regular feedback, which is vital in helping us continuously improve service, thereby making sure we provide what they need at the right time and the right price.”
Commenting on IT Farm’s success, Clive Memmott, Chief Executive of the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce, said, “Despite challenging economic conditions, IT Farm has shown how businesses can excel through innovation, hard work and determination to succeed at the highest level.”
IT Farm will be competing against the other regional winners in the British Chamber of Commerce National Business Awards later this year.
The national winners will be announced at a ceremony at London’s Hurlingham Club on November 25th 2010.
