A walk in the Park for Conduco

Manchester Science Parks (msp) has welcomed software development company, Conduco PLC to its Corridor site.

Conduco decided to take space in msp’s Rutherford House after significantly expanding its sales and development teams.

Conduco recently announced its intention to grow the company by focussing on the development of new technologies, such as Real Time Locating Systems (RTLS), which can be used to track equipment and people to room level accuracy – essential in time sensitive environments such as hospitals.

Managing Director at Conduco, Dave Nicholls, said of the move: “The business is expanding rapidly but we didn’t want to move to just any serviced office space.

“Manchester Science Park provides a great city centre location, but what really attracted us was its reputation as a centre for innovation. We look forward to meeting, and perhaps even collaborating with, the other tenants here, as well as taking advantage of the available business development support services and expansive in-built business network.”

msp Chief Executive, Jane Davies, added: “We are delighted that Conduco decided to relocate to our Corridor site. msp is dedicated to supporting the development of its tenant companies and encouraging innovative contributions to the region’s knowledge economy.

“Conduco’s service offering complements well several other companies here, paving the way, I am sure, for some interesting collaborative projects in the future.”

Ends.
