Yoga is now in Unit 6 Wiliams House (the unit has its own entrance at the end of the building), and is still held every Thursday from 12.30pm to 1.15pm.
This class is suitable for all levels and it is never too late to join in; all you need is a bottle of water and a yoga mat or towel to stand on. The session costs just £4 per class (payable to the tutor on the day).
