You will gain an overview of the general duties of directors as set out in the Companies Act, which all directors need to be aware of at all times, as they affect every decision they make on behalf of their companies; specific duties in specific areas of legislation will be mentioned briefly in passing (due to time), but if any of these raise concerns in your mind, you will have the opportunity to take these up with Pannone after the seminar, or by phone or email.
